**Main Responsibilities / Activities**
Reporting to the Regional HRBP, the HR Operations Specialist is the first line of support for internal customer service needs specific to the processing of daily HR transactions. This position is responsible for performing the duties and responsibilities with mínimal supervision and instruction, cooperating directly with Global HQ Centers of Expertise, ensuring a high degree of customer service.

**Primary responsibilities***
- Own HR projects ranging from payroll integration, employees’ documents digitalization, vendor and consultant optimization
- Assist in system management and HR infrastructure services for overall APAC region in direct liaison with Corporate HR.
- Identify areas of potential improvement with content and/or delivery and work with relevant team(s) regionally to constantly improve the internal customer experience.
- Consolidate and review monthly performance metrics or KPIs with site HRBPs, such as headcount, recruitment, turnover, talent management, succession planning, performance management, compliance, etc. to provide relevant information to HR BPs and Managers to support decisional process and to grant timely and accurate completion of global reporting requirements.
- Support business initiatives through participating in corporate or regional projects or assignments as directed or as required to complete the integration of all common and central processes.
