**Description**
- Prepare and cook designated items on the Baker's Brew Cafe menu within the specified time set.
- Ensure the production of all raw ingredients required for the preparation of all items on the menu.
- Ensure all food preparation are carried out according to the Standard Recipes and Operating Procedures.
- Adhere to all statutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure regular maintenance of all kitchen equipment, machinery and accessories.
- Responsible for ensuring all items prepared are done with the same level of quality and consistency.
- Assist in cooking and plating prepared items according to SOP.
- Ensures proper labelling of food items after preparation.
- Ensures the correct rotation by FIFO and maintain stock level of all food products.
- Inform the Head Chef of all incidents of spoilage and damage to food products for recording in the Wastage Report.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Passion in food preparation and presentation
- Willing to learn & accept feedback/criticisms
- Able to work in a team, and interact well with colleagues
- Hardworking, proactive & efficient & organised
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
