- Design and develop cutting-edge recommendation algorithms tailored to various e-commerce contexts, aimed at enhancing user experience and driving higher conversion rates.
- Continuously refine and optimize existing models in areas such as recall, coarse sorting, fine sorting, and re-sorting to enhance their efficiency, precision, and scalability.
- Perform in-depth analysis of user behavior data to uncover insights into user preferences, leveraging these insights to improve the performance and effectiveness of recommendation systems.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to understand key objectives and design algorithms that directly support and drive business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in recommendation systems and related technologies, exploring opportunities to incorporate state-of-the-art methods into existing systems.

- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Machine Learning or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Search/Ranking/Recommendation algorithms.
- Experience in using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow /Caffe/ MXNet/ PyTorch.
- Experience working with high traffic and complex systems.
- Good team spirit, strong communication skills and strong self-driving force.
- Enthusiastic with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering results.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.
