Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of recall and ranking algorithms for search services
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to evaluate and improve search and recommendation models
- Explore innovative AI technologies, including information retrieval, ranking, and LLM, to drive business growth and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate search and recommendation algorithms

**Requirements**:

- PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in team management and search engine development (preferred)
- Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and LLM
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and Scala, and experience with DL frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and provide effective solutions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a sense of responsibility and accountability
