- Develop industry-leading search algorithms to drive e-commerce growth
- Use cutting-edge machine learning technology, natural language processing, computer vision, and multi-modal techniques to develop innovative solutions
- Improve basic search quality and user experience through query analysis and text relevance matching
- Comprehensively improve the end-to-end shopping experience from browsing to after-sales support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Final year PhD graduates in Computer Science, engineering, or quantitative field
- Excellent coding skills and solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see the essence of problems from complex data
