You will work very closely with the Director of Production to ensure that the day-to-day operations are smooth and all stages of production are managed to completion within the schedule.

**Responsibilities**
- Plans all aspects of the productions, from schedule and budget through to crew assignment and studio planningManages the day to day operations across various production departments to ensure that all teams have what they need to deliver on schedule whilst ensuring they are delivering on the creative ask.
- Works with teams, according to the schedule, to make an achievable timeline for completion of work and clearly communicates any delays and impact on schedule and budget.
- Monitors daily movement of requirements in those departments, as well as all outstanding work that needs to be adjusted in order to meet deadlines.
- Constant communication across all department, internal and external with regular updates and alignments
- Problem solving
- Applies departmental schedules and reporting systems, based on the master production schedule and tracking system.
- Identifies existing or potential problem areas that may affect the schedule and coordinates with the Director of Production, Directors and Leads to come up with solutions to ensure that problem areas are solved.
- Creates weekly production reports for the Producer and the management team
- Creates the general templates for the production trackers
- Streamlines and consistently reviews and improves the production workflow, including managing communication with the Jakarta team.
- Sources new consultants, as and when required, and manages the working relationship with them.
- Collaborates closely with the Director of Production to coach and manage a team, including effectively delegating tasks, to such an extent as is required.
- Manages the production team to ensure the efficient coordination of all artist tasks, in progress reviews, revisions and fixes, notes distribution, action follow-ups and reports to the Company and clients.
- Reading, tracking and working to the schedule (prioritising and adjusting as necessary) and budget
- Contract requests and tracking - ensuring all rights are obtained and contracts are raised for all work undertaken.
- Sourcing quotations and negotiating to get best costs, in line with the budget
- Purchase order raising, invoice and cost tracking
- Tracking of tasks and timelines, including but not limited to script schedules, storyboard & animatic, post production schedules, Voice-Overs, etc and all areas of animation stages
- Distribution of materials for commenting and retrieval of notes and distribution to departments for next steps. Clearly communicating to all parties what is being actioned and any pushbacks. (script, VO, Boards, Animatics, Layout, Animation, LRC, M&E, final eps)
- Tracking to quota allowances across all departments
- Clear communications across all departments of expectations, schedule and budget updates and allowances
- Marketing assets and other deliverables
- Assignment of tasks and tracking of workloads
- Prioritization (Delegation and task sharing)
- Communication to all stakeholders and regular accurate reporting

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years’ industry experience on animated productions, with at least 1 year working as a Line Producer in animation on mid-size to large projects.
- Solid experience in 3D animation production.
- A thorough knowledge of the animation process and good understanding of the creative challenges of animation producing and their dependency on good production management.
- Excellent knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including Excel, Project, Google Docs, etc.
- Good oral and written English language communication skills.
- Strong team player with good communications skills and ability to facilitate resources across departments and divisions.
- Experience of managing and motivating a team is essential.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
