**Requirements**:

- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
- Educational qualification min. Diploma and/or other film/media related certifications are welcome.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in media/film/television industry
- Passionate about filmmaking and media business
- Ability to organize, articulate, and manage information with exactitude
- Great interpersonal skills
- Able to engage in deep work

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Learn filmmaking concepts and principles that set strong foundations for a successful project.

2. Strive to maintain high quality in all facets of a project under supervision.

3. Oversee the entire production flow end to end i.e. from project inception to release.

4. Breakdown script to create project budget and present it for approval.

5. Administer projects within budgets.

6. Sourcing and hiring talents for projects, and handling contracts.

7. Provide feedback and notes on production-related matters that would improve production processes.

8. Manage day-to-day operations of cast and crew.
