**What the role is**
- You will be part of the Integrated Ops Hub (IOH) in Crisis Strategy and Operations Group (CSOG) which is responsible for the overall strategic planning and development of MOH’s long-term emergency preparedness and national public health objectives.
Being the key liaison to both Director (Integrated Ops Hub) and Director (Current Operations Division), you will ensure the smooth running of the divisions by working with both internal and external stakeholders in the public healthcare institutions and healthcare agencies.
You will be working in a fast paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

**What you will be working on**
- You will support both Director (Integrated Ops Hub) and Director (Current Ops Division) in their day-to-day running of their respective divisions. Your specific roles would involve:
1. Secretariat duties (i.e., organise, prepare, update, coordinate, and facilitate) for meetings, conferences, forums, and exercises across MOH and supporting agencies.
2. Support administration of division’s manpower status and welfare activities; including funding, procurement and coordination of office resources for staff.
3. Manage the on-boarding program for new hires to facilitate assimilation into division’s structure, work schedule, and key operations tasks and roles.
4. Participate in ministry wide initiatives or projects as part of your long-term career development and to facilitate future job rotation.

- 2-3 years of working experience in operational administrative work is preferred

- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
