We are seeking a passionate problem-solving Senior Analyst to join our Analytics & Insights team. In this role, you will play a key part in performing both quantitative and qualitative analysis for ONE Championship’s social media handles. You will work closely with your reporting manager, head of department and stakeholders to develop data-driven insights and actionable strategies to support negotiation and execution of content creation, event marketing, commercial partnerships, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Track and analyze key metrics performance of ONE Championship’s social media handles on multiple platforms
- Generate regular reports and maintain dashboards to provide accurate analysis and insights for the business
- Monitor the performance of peer groups; stay up to date to global and regional industry trends
- Conduct complex data analysis across digital and social platforms to form actionable strategies
- Develop and automate reporting for key stakeholders across different departments

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in data analytics role or similar
- Knowledge and exposure in social media analytics preferred
- Strong analytical ability and proficient in conducting data analysis with Excel and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio etc.) and programming language (Python, R) for analysis and automation is a plus
- Possess excellent project management skills, strong ownership, ability to meet tough deadlines and a desire to learn constantly
- Demonstrated ability of excelling in fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environments
- Have a growth mindset and open to constructive feedback to make a positive impact
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
