Job Description:
An O&G manufacturing company is currently hiring this role to work in their Singapore office. This role will support the manufacturing activities by business partnering, cost controlling and analysis on Opex, maintaining accuracy and accountability of cost accounting records and providing overall financial reporting / support to the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cost controlling and analytical perform for various Operations Opex cost center
- Reporting and analysis for operational variances including production order variances, purchase price variances, manufacturing variances inclusive of manufacturing hours and material receipts
- Assists and participate in annual budget exercise focusing on operations
- Cost controlling and reviewing for Capex Spending as well as Cost of Non-quality
- Assist and perform inventory and standard cost accounting and controlling
- Perform monthly audit of the inventory cycle count and report the results to Operations
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare monthly reporting and forecasting per corporate requirements and provide variances explanations on Operations cost center
- Assist in annual cost roll up
- Assist in the Obsolescence review for inventory
- Assist in Annual WIP count
- Support the additional year end reporting requirements from corporate
- Support other accounting areas and work on special projects as requested by manager
- Maintain compliance with company financial standards and US GAAP
- Actively support continuous process improvement, benchmarking best practices and identification of material cost reduction opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy
- Min. 3 years preferably in MNC O&G manufacturing environment
- Cost Accounting and financial reporting experience
- Experience in SAP
- Team player
- Good interpersonal skills
- Hands on approach.
- Willing to work in Tuas vicinity (Pioneer / Gul)
- 2 openings - 1 Perm & 1 Contract (12 months)
