Singapore PSB ACADEMY PTE. LTD. Full time

**Teaching & Preparation**
- Prepare and conduct lectures, tutorials/workshops and laboratory sessions to certificate, diploma and undergraduate students (including overseas, if required).
- Contribute to the development of intellectual property for the School.

**Exam QA & Moderation**
- Administer the setting and marking of coursework and examination.
- Review and ensure the quality of examination papers under area(s) of specialisation.
- Conduct objective assessments on examination appeal cases in the area of sports science.

**Lecturer Management**
- Assist in the management and development of life science academics.
- Review assignment of proposed life science teaching assignments.
- Conduct classroom observation as required

**Student Management**
- Engage in student development by providing strong learning support and monitoring of students’ academic performance in life science.
- Advise students with respect to academic performance, career opportunities and the pursuit of advanced studies in the area of life science.

**Curriculum Management & Development**
- Contribute to the review, design and development of life science programmes and modules to ensure continued relevance and quality improvement of curricula.
- Programme/ Module leader for life science courses.
- Develop course materials for new modules as required.
- Prepare course/ module review reports of internal and external life science programmes.
- New programme development preliminary module mapping tasks.

**External Partners Liaison**
- Assist in liaising with university course coordinators on academic matters related to life science courses where necessary.
- Attend visits by programme partners and academics in life science.

**Learning & Development**
- Contribute to departmental, faculty, or institutionwide working groups or committees as requested.
- Maintain own continuing professional development, in addition to training and development provided by the institution.

**Others**

Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Master in Life Sciences or equivalent. At least a pass at GCE ‘O’ Level or its equivalent in the language medium of the programme/module.
- 1-2 years of working experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Strong oral and writing skills Willing to work shift hours (e.g. late evenings and weekends when needed)
