**Core Responsibilities**:
**Operation Performance Analysis and Reporting**
- Assist to coordinate and track all operations matters and projects
- Support OSP Manager in managing operations cost and to drive cost efficient operational processes.
- Assist OSP Manager to ensure all standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of the Trolley Management service and other airport services are maintained at a desired level in accordance with company standards.
- Compile and analyze performance related data and propose implementable improvements.
- Generate and compile relevant performance and KPI reports, for monthly submission to client(s).
Safe Management Measures (SMM) Administrations
- Assist OSP Manager in Safe Management Measures (SMM) administrations, including scheduling and amendment of swab appointments for staffs, daily reminder and update of staffs’ swab appointment and tracking of swab test attendance.
**Training Support**
- Support OSP Manager in on-boarding programme, On-the-Job training, and development of operations staffs.
- Support OSP Manager on the review and improvement to training syllabus to ensure relevancy and validity.
- Apply, renew, and monitor status of Light Transport Machines licenses.
- Building rapport and establish a good working relationship with client(s).
**Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experiences)**:

- Diploma / Degree from a recognized instituion.
- Strong IT knowledge and media production experience is an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful and process good problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
- Adaptable to change and a good team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
