We are looking for an organised individual who is able to handle all things administrative and coordinate between our clients, underwriters and sales representatives. AKGI PTE. LTD. Is a leading general insurance corporate agency, focusing on technology to bring premier insurance solutions to corporations in Singapore.
Position:
Part Time Admin Assistant
Pay: $12/Hr
Days: Monday to Friday (Must commit at least 4 working days in a week, Monday Compulsory)
Time: 2pm to 6pm
Location details: Sengkang Compassvale, Home Office (Must be able to work from your own home after 3 - 6 months)
Job Scope & Requirements:
Not required to do any sales.
Prepare documents and coordinate with clients, underwriters and sales team.
Provide general administrative support.
Other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Good in record tracking & keeping.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT).
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $12.50 per hour
