Job description:

Position: Senior Accountant

Department: Finance & Accounting

Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the full spectrum of management accounting of the hospitals. This include preparing the yearly operating budgeting, costing of clinical services and analyzing & reporting of financial performance of departments on a monthly/quarterly basis.

You are expected to work closely with departments to provide financial support, liaise with NHG HQ and Finance Shared Services to ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly & year-end activities. You will also assist in any other admin functions and duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in financial reconciliation, reporting, and compliance.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently while ensuring adherence to financial controls and policies.
