We are a newly established **Indian Fine Dining Restaurant**seeking a highly skilled and passionate **Senior Chef De Partie**to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced culinary professional to showcase their expertise in authentic Indian cuisine at a high-end dining establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a designated kitchen section, ensuring high standards of preparation and presentation.
- Create and execute traditional and modern Indian fine dining dishes with precision and creativity.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop seasonal menus and specialty dishes.
- Maintain kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.
- Train and mentor junior chefs, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of dishes.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 15 years of experience**in **Indian cuisine**, with strong expertise in **fine dining restaurants**.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume, high-quality food production.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and guide the kitchen brigade.
- Exceptional knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and regional flavors.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
