**RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a Media Operations Senior Associate in Retail, your primary focus will be on the execution and setup of seamless retail advertising campaigns. This role involves hands-on involvement in operational details, executing tasks related to operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing essential assistance in various operational activities.

**Key Accountabilities**

Digital Media Supplier Packages Campaign Execution (70%)
- Provide assistance in verifying that package assets submitted conform to templates, and coordinate the verification process to ensure the accurate setup of supplier packages.
- Provide direct support to Media Managers in executing comprehensive campaigns across various platforms, including Omni Channels, Web, App, Offsite, and Social.
- Ensure seamless campaign execution through essential coordination with internal stakeholders. Emphasize precision and adhere to launch timelines during the coordination process.

Sponsored Solutions Assets Quality Control & Execution (30%)
- Assist in the daily evaluation and approval of advertiser-submitted assets.
- Carry out operations associated to sponsored solutions programmes, such as managed services, bonus credits.
- Provide support in the execution of operational processes, working closely with team members to ensure tasks are completed effectively.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma in Operations Management or a related field.
- Ability to efficiently carry out assigned tasks, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to established procedures.
- Willingness to assist in the execution of operational processes under guidance.
- Attention to detail is important, and proficiency in Spreadsheets and Excel is a valuable asset.
- The ability to work well within a team is crucial, basic communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment; ability to adapt to changing priorities and work requirements within an operational setting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a can-do attitude, are highly regarded.
- Show initiative in learning and carrying out tasks, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
