**Responsibilities**:
You will be reporting to the Division Head, ACE Transformation. In this role, you will be part of the team to work on process innovation, change management, people development and culture building. The incumbent is required to work with various internal stakeholders in transforming the way we work, as well as external stakeholders, such as Public Service Division and MCCY (Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth), to coordinate SportSG’s transformation efforts with PST (Public Sector Transformation). In this role, You will,
- Frame SportSG’s transformation projects in support of corporate policies and direction, to enhance performance, improve productivity and unlock passion of our staff.
- Design and execute a change management strategy and engage staff through the various stages of change acceptance to enable successful implementation for key initiatives.
- Connect and mediate between users and policy/ process owners to surface mental models, generate innovative solutions and implement changes within the organization.
- Engage staff in various settings to have a sense of the current reality, address concerns, communicate vision, and bring them along the transformation journey.
- Be competent in the use of Process Improvement and Change Management theories and tools.
- Deploy a range of data mining tools and analytical techniques to create business insights.

Provide analytical inputs and insights on trends from collected data to Management
- Nurture an inspiring, innovative and collaborative culture in SportSG to improve the effectiveness of the organization. Be a role model, change agent and set the frame for culture building.
- Support for PST (Public Sector Transformation) Digital Workplace and People sub-committees.
- Coach team members in specific technical competencies and day-to-day work.
- Manage team to build the capability, capacity and commitment of our people to see through the BFOT Transformation Effort.

**Requirements**:

- 8 years of relevant experience in Organization Development, Business Process Re-Engineering, project management and change management
- Good track record in facilitation, design and delivering organisational wide change/digitalisation initiatives. Strong desire and will in transforming the way we work (processes, policies and systems)
- Possess positive, generative and collaborative mind set, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong believer in the ability of Self to making a difference to others and the organization
- Critical thinker and adept at handling dynamic and ambiguous situations
