**What the role is**
- The Research and Statistics Department (RSD) provides useful and timely data/ insights to support NEA’s formulation and review of policies, programmes and operations, with regard to the environment and environmental sustainability. As an Assistant Manager/ Manager in RSD, you will be involved in the following:
- Conduct research on behavioural concepts and studies.
- Design and conduct behavioural science experiments to test behavioural interventions.
- Analyse collated data to derive insights and make recommendations.
- Provide statistical advice to internal stakeholders.
- Perform environment scanning on the latest sustainability and environmental trends.
**What you will be working on**
**What we are looking for**
- Relevant background or work experience in the fields of Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Behavioural Science or related fields.
- Proficiency in programming, e.g. R, Python, etc.
- Strong interest and skills in conducting data analysis and data visualisation.
- Possess good writing and communication skills.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in environmental issues.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
- As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
