Singapore NEIL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and handle a full set of accounts for several entities. Ensure accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management within a tight deadline.
- Prepare financial and management reports, variance analysis, budgeting, and cash flow forecast.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation with proper internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory legislation for financial and tax recording.
- Accurately and timely process financial transactions such as invoices, payments, expense reimbursements, and journal entries.

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or Finance
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in handling a full set of accounts, preferably in SME environment or/ and accounting firms
- Integrity, initiative, drive, resourcefulness, strong team player and good analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Preferably with at least one year of audit experience
- Hands-on, pragmatic, self-starting style and a "Just do it" attitude, must be a team player
