**Responsibilities**

1. Responsible for the accuracy of retail sales, including the collection and refresh of market forecasts and the collection of actual sales data. Able to participate in the process of formulating retail customer needs, such as CPFR, assist sales planning to build demand forecasting models and iterative improvements, and gradually improve sales accuracy.

2. Responsible for the supply of retail products, organize and coordinate the internal delivery team of the supply chain, identify supply risks in advance, formulate product delivery guarantees and delivery of urgent needs.

3. Responsible for the timely delivery rate of new retail products, especially in store products, cooperate with retail sales to deeply understand customer needs, and work with the internal delivery team to promote the solution of new product development problems and ensure delivery time.

4. Responsible for the rationality of retail inventory, cooperate with the Sales team to solve the problem of sluggish inventory and improve inventory turnover.

5. Responsible for establishing the demand rules for new channels/new scenarios of retail, and formulating the collaborative operation mechanism of the delivery team and the marketing team.

**Requirements**:
1. Good English reading, comprehension, speech and document writing skills, with a background of studying abroad is preferred.

2. Have systematic demand management capabilities, be familiar with supply chain procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics and other operation processes, and have experience in demand model construction and CPFR operation is preferred;

3. Excellent communication skills, good overall view and teamwork skills, excellent data analysis skills, excellent logical analysis and summary skills;

4. Have certain experience in overseas manufacturing and delivery management, and experience in overseas delivery projects is preferred.

5. The working place is in Singapore, and I often travel to Shenzhen. Short-term business trips to Europe and the United States.
