Tanjong Beach Club is part of The Lo and Behold Group, a hospitality group that creates, owns, and operates a series of timeless, thought-provoking concepts, each with a unique story and a distinct perspective on the cultural-culinary landscape. Our bartenders are part of a team of passionate people who are crazy about creating awesome experiences for our guests. Having the necessary product knowledge and strong people acumen skills are the backbone to a strong restaurant service. The role also requires the individual to maintain the highest customer service standards of the establishment and ensure that our customers leave with an awesome experience that leaves them yearning for more.

Your responsibilities include:

- Creative development of a signature beverage offering
- Assisting in the efficient running of the day-to-day bar operations
- Ensuring appropriate handling of all equipment and supplies within his/her area
- Assisting in preparation for business hours and table set up
- Assisting the managers in the daily beverage operations and ensuring the quality and consistency of all products meet desired standards
- Managing the beverage stocks and inventories
- Maintaining a good housekeeping regime and reporting any defects in furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Participating and managing assigned sections to provide a beverage experience for customers
