As an **Associate Director, Organization Development**, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing culture, ensuring that our teams and people can collaborate seamlessly across geographies and business functions. You will be part of the wider Corporate Development team.
- Partner with leaders and employees across all levels to assess organisational needs, areas of synergies and develop tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute organisational development (OD) strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Drive cultural transformation projects to foster an inclusive, high-performance, and engaged workforce.
- Design and facilitate workshops, training programs, and other interventions to enhance individual, team, and organisational performance.
- Support the implementation of change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and positive outcomes.
- Conduct data analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with P&C (People & Culture) and other departments to align OD initiatives with overall business strat**_e_**_gy._

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- (Good to have) Proven experience in OD consulting or a related role.
- (Good to have) Experience in change management methodologies.
- (Good to have) Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
