**As part of Apical’s business expansion, we are seeking talents who want to build a career in commodities. The opportunity will provide on-the-job exposures to a sales planning, raw material sourcing, production and execution planning and risk management.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage logistic planning & execution for our CPO export terminals in Indonesia by coordinating with traders and Indonesia sourcing & logistics.
- Work with destination traders to oversee 3rd party sourcing plans and integrate with in-house volumes to ensure we are maximizing value for Apical group.
- Support refinery CLP team members as they work with senior traders to prepare sales plans basis latest information of plant capacity/cargo availability.
- Work with CLP team members to ensure we are efficiently allocating shipments to the right origin (plant, 3P sources) and ensure they are working with plant functions to develop optimal production plan, coordinate vessel line-ups and execute shipment plans.
- Manage logistic planning & execution for our growing dry bulk business (PKE, PKS) by coordinating with traders and Indonesia sourcing & logistics.
- Oversee management of our certified/sustainable stocks - both bookkeeping and physical.
- Be diligent and disciplined to ensure all data sources and information updated so that all stakeholders are working from a single source of truth. Lead continuous improvement on digitalization efforts.

**Requirements**:

- At least 7 years of commercial and/or logistics experience in commodity trading house preferred.
- Commercially savvy and possess a good risk-reward sense with professionalism personality.
- Demonstrated ability and courage to articulate clear and consistent views with execution capacity.
- Numerically capable, proficient in MS Excel, meticulous, energetic & self-motivated
- Degree in International Trading/Operations Management/Engineering from a reputable university
