**Responsibilities**:

- Experience in Radio Systems, RF Coverage Design, Bi-Directional Amplifiers
- Experience in Voice Recording Systems
- Responsible for Proof Of Concept (POC) to customers
- Responsible for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Responsible for managing defects during warranty period and supporting deployed system in green and/or brown field MRT projects
- Provide administrative training to customers on operation and maintenance needs
- Provide first level support to customers
- Formulate escalation action plan and follow up proactively until problem is resolve
- Create and maintain of site-specific system configuration document for post implementation support
- Liaise with principals for technical assistance on solutions and support

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Electronics /Telecommunications Engineering or other Engineering will be considered
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Must be a problem solver and has sense of urgency
