**Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce engaging marketing materials for both print and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Create and layout key business assets such as flyers, brochures, catalogues, business cards, banners, newsletters, and presentations.
- Edit and enhance video content for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality output.
- Develop promotional and recap videos to support various events, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with web developers to provide graphic support for in-house website needs.
- Offer technical assistance for design and video-related projects, ensuring smooth execution.
- Capture and edit product photos and videos professionally, maintaining visual quality standards.
- Gain hands-on experience with printing production machines, including UV printers, Fuji Xerox, vinyl cutters, laminators, and auto book binders, for in-house material production.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines to meet project timelines.
- Take initiative and demonstrate a creative mindset to propose new ideas and improve existing designs.
- Operate autonomously, producing high-quality design concepts with mínimal direction.
- Organize and maintain content files, ensuring easy access and archiving of video and graphic materials.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in multimedia design.
- Strong creative flair with a passion for graphic design.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and knowledge across various media platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and After Effects.
- Competence in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proficiency in professional camera operation for both photo and video capture.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Initiative and creativity in producing unique, high-quality designs.
