Iot Solution Architect

Position Summary

1. Increase business revenue by identifying new business opportunities via market analysis.

2. Build an initial foundation for business such as building relationship with potential customers, website analysis, requirements review and etc.

Role and Responsibilities
- Lead generation from home builders & property managers for Samsung Home IoT business based on Samsung EHS, Air Conditioner, Home Appliances and SmartThings solutions like Energy (single family units, MFUs, apartments, residential buildings)
- Develop and manage the above leads to drive them to deal-close and actual contracts
- Search for 3rd party solution/device partners who can add values to the SmartThings Home IoT and Energy solution (eg. current EU partners ABB, SMA, QCell)
- Manage the relationship with the Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO) customers and partners
- Analyze the SEAO Home IoT market and provide insights to HQ on a regular basis
- Establish the go-to-market strategies for Samsung Home IoT solutions
- Co-work with Samsung’s SEAO subsidiaries, across all divisions
- Seek and establish new strategic partnerships horizontally and vertically. Specifically focusing on construction and energy verticals to create new incremental business to our divisions
- Work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate tasks, milestones, timeline and key deliverables including packaging, supply chain, demand planning, forecasting, sample request, branding, service scoping workstreams
- Initiate and lead engagement with Strategic Partners and build new propositions around Home IoT and Energy
- Program Manage Key programs enabling new services
- Improve processes and procedures to ensure scalability of SEAO subsidiary country launches

Skills and Qualifications
- Business administration or technology-related majors
- Expertise on Home IoT / Smart Home related technology and regional landscape
- Strong analytical and commercial skills
- Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking
