**JOB PURPOSE**
- Responsible for the Logistics and monitoring of related shipments from various source to the respective transshipment Hub and warehouses, as well as the monitoring of its associated custom declarations by the contracted 3rd party logistics provider
- Coordinate cargoes claims/complaints related to inbound shipments and shipping liners (e.g. claims related to shortage and demurrages)
- Process vendor’s invoice and enter shipment cost in SAP as per agreed contractual term
- Preparing and tracking the cargo movement report and 3rd party logistics provider’s throughput performance for sharing with internal stake holders and service providers
- Supply Chain related reporting, Inventory management and stock take on assign facilities
- Supports Supervisor/Manager as required, in all matters related to the operations of assigned region facilities
- The scope of the work is all marine transportation, inventory monitoring, contracted vendor’s billing settlement, performances from SABIC facilities within an assigned region’s facilities WITH the objective of shipping to customers in Asia while meeting on time delivery, preserving product quality and reducing cost

**Responsibilities**:
**EHSS & Trade Compliance**
- Facilitate EHSS management and SHEM on warehouse and service provider management. Lead and conduct EHSS and SHEM audit on service provider and conduct audit report with findings together with mitigation plan
- Facilitate Trade compliance with international trade compliance team

***Strategy**
- Track and report changes in shipping and warehouse trade patterns, shipping capacities, ports efficiencies and capacities for designated facility in order to ensure smooth logistic service in the long run
- Analyze transport and shipping within SBU's overall strategy and its implications for Logistics in assigned facilities and region

**Annual Business Plan**
- Support supervisor / manager to review the current year’s logistics plan and previous year’s performances for setting targets, planning for additional man-power, investment and capabilities required

**Supplier Performance Coordination & Continuous Improvement**
- Discuss possibility of new services and contract, seek feedback, coordinate resolution of issues, and maintain KPIs while supporting supervisor / manager, in order to ensure continued services at optimized cost and agreed service level in within the region

**Coordination of Replenishment & Transportation**
- Communicate with Global Sourcing & Excellence, and MEAF/Europe/America Solids SCM team to track, monitor and follow up the goods movement and documents required for replenishment orders into assigned region in accordance with facility capability, custom regulations & EHSS standards
- Review and verify the accurateness of all import documents’ data from source of productions into assigned facilities within the region

**Supplier (3PL) invoice Processing & Insurance Claim**
- Verify and process supplier (3PL) invoices as per contract/approval
- Receive claims, verifying claims, filling claims to the insurer and ensure all risk of loss and damage for the cargo in transit is fully covered and all claims are settled in an amicable and cost effective manner

**Warehouse Operations Supervision and Inventory Management**
- Monitor adherence with Warehouse Management system (SAP, WMS, etc) at Warehouses and terminals and coordinate with logistics provider for timely cargoes replenishment; issuance and pickup /clearance within given free storage time
- Conduct periodic audits of physical inventory vs. SAP and vendor records and Generate weekly/periodic inventory planning, reconciliation, aging and other management reports for assigned facility
- Develop, implement and execute relevant Policies and Procedures in assigned facilities in order to ensure service level and delivery of logistics target

**SC Policy, Procedure and System Development**
- Recommend and implement relevant SC policies and procedures
- Manage data flow to and from contractors systems
- Execute data flow from ERP, Warehouse Management System (WMS) and on-line portal systems (SAP, WMS, etc)
- Attends meeting if required with internal customers for operational matters
- Coach the Analyst, as required, in matters related to the operations

**SC Reporting**
- Generate, prepares, analyze and consolidate monthly, quarterly management performance reports for assigned facilities and Hub
- Conducts, review and manages monthly KPI performance with vendors and coordinate resolution of any operational concerns that may arises from our internal and external customers with vendors

**Other Assigned Task and Project**:

- To perform other assigned project within the supply chain’s continuous improvement program when required
- Initiate, execute and manage TCO (Total Cost Out) & Ne
