**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in CMF design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of innovative and captivating work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD is a big plus).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials to ensure design feasibility.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts confidently.
- Passion for exploring new design trends, materials, and technologies.
