General Function
- Design products from concept through production according to customers' specifications and satisfaction

**Responsibilities**
- Involved in design conceptualisation and development of an idea.
- Involved in customer meetings to receive design inputs and to present design outputs.
- Involved in Documentation needed for Design and Development Process.
- Coordinate Design review meetings with internal team and external stakeholders such as customers and suppliers. Create CAD design, 20 drawings, FMEA and artwork for the assigned projects.

- Create CMF (colour, material and finishing) for the assigned projects.
- Create and present visual communications to stakeholders.
- Work with relevant multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Work on Prototypes of the selected designs to ensure functionality and design validation are met.
- Troubleshoot with the Engineering team or Operations team or Quality/Testing team to complete and resolve any issues throughout the various Design Phases.
- Ensure that project is smoothly handed over to the manufacturing team.

Additional Duties (Optional)
- Support your reporting officer in any work -related ad-hoc duties.
- Support all digit alization initiatives in the company.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Graphic Design software such as Adobe Suites.
- Strong knowledge of the properties of packaging materials such as paper.
- Good understanding of a broad range of fabricat io n techniques and standard industrial management methods.
- Responsible, independent, self-driven and possesses good communication and leadership skills.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in graphic design in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Accountability to ISO System.
