**The Company**

**The Role**

Reporting to Global Senior Finance Director, you will drive the group FP&A function for business units across the global markets and leading team of 2-3 analyst. You will take charge of regional consolidation of management reports and to develop the business expansion strategy and roadmap. You will be a key financial business partner of the Global Operational Leaders and work closely with other sales, IT, procurement function head. You will be able to drive some ad-hoc projects for business expansion needs.

**About your profile**
- A qualified accountant with a Degree in Accounting/Finance. Master's Degree/MBA is added adventitious.
- At least 15 years of finance and FP&A experience.
- Exposure with external audit is highly preferred.
- Relevant industry in Manufacturing/Semiconductor/Electronics is preferred.
- System knowledge of SAP and Anaplan is an added bonus.
- Must possess the capability to work in matrix environment and partnering with various functions in remote locations.
- Additionally, strong communication skills is required to drive business partnering and must be able to influence business stakeholders.
