**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead all technological and innovation initiatives within the business and the industry.
- Assess the maturity, viability and suitability of different technologies and their applicability to resolve issues
- Identity needs and opportunities and communicate to the technology community
- Working with technology innovators to bring proposed solution ever

**Key Requirements**
- Strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical design documents, control diagrams, building operations, control circuits and Power & HVAC system sequence of operation
- Bachlor's degree in a relevant discitipn, or comparable experience
- Green buildings and smart FM, real estate learning efficiency
