Responsible for day-to-day office administrative matters
- Perform the full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties, including invoicing, data entry, documents filling, overseeing of office assets flow, and more
- Efficient document management such as printing and filing of the documents
- Monitor of office supplies
- Handle accounts payable function
- Verify and ensure all invoices are recorded accurately
- Process payments to suppliers and handle suppliers’ inquiries for any payment related matters
- Handle monthly staff expenses claim (in the event that HR management is out of office)
- Handle staffs payroll (in the event that HR management is out of office)
- Perform weekly and monthly payment forecast to support cash flow management
- Ensure the tardiness and cleanliness of the office
- Prepare minutes of meeting and agenda for any internal meetings
- Any other ad hoc / administrative duties as assigned by director or managers

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in related field
- Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month
