**ROLE SUMMARY**:

- Sales and operational support for the RESET service offered to external clients.
- Aid in the development and testing of the RESET service and work with the IT and PM teams to improve the software suite of tools used.
- Post trade support and general static data management.
- In charge of business continuity tasks.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**RESET Run Management**
- Static Data Management.
- Processing of Client Submission - Orders submitted by the client through various mediums are checked for completeness.
- Generating matching trades - To ensure that the resultant trade set adheres to all client tolerances and instructions.
- Reports Generation - To generate run reports for checking and validation with the Sales Team.
- Ensure successful delivery of the trade set to each client and any additional information that they have requested.

**Other responsibilities**:

- Post Trade support - Provide support to any queries from either the Sales Team, the client or their middle/back offices. To ensure proper logging of any queries.
- Regression Testing - To periodically perform a comprehensive regression test on the RESET matching system and follow up on issues to any IT systems. To ensure proper logging of any issues.
- Managing the obligation of the company to its customers and ensuring that any conflicts are mitigated and/or escalated to management.
- First line of support for Portal on-line system
- Support for portfolio valuation service

**WORKING HOURS**:

- The position is based in Singapore
- The general working schedule is 7am to 4pm daily
- Actual hours will be based on business requirements, Tuesday 5am - 2pm
- May need to assist other teams occasionally if required.

**KEY SKILLS**
- Banking and Finance - Knowledge of OTC derivatives, and specifically of Options.
- IT Skills - intermediate IT skills are required to be able to work fluently with excel spreadsheets.
- Time management - Discretion in managing priorities when dealing with multiple projects.
- Communication - Clear and concise when communicating with the Sales Team.
- Conscientious - Attention to details in trade submission and client instructions.
