**Accounting & Finance Operations
- Manage and supervise daily accounting operations
- Accurate interpretation of financial reports, accounts, variances and financial statements
- Responsible for year-end financial reporting per local GAAP
- Lead and manage financial audits

**Counseling**
- Guide and manage team of financial analyst
- Provides guidance to accounting team/shared services on non-routine accounting/finance activities
- Provides financial counseling for both internal (non-finance managers and employees) and external parties.

**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills & Knowledge**:

- Strong accounting and control background in terms of knowledge and experience which includes but not limited to full spectrum of accounting activities, revenue recognition, inventory and cash management,
- Understanding of financial statement, cash flow and key financial ratios
- Good knowledge and understanding of integrated cross functional processes, systems and internal controls and the relationship to financial results and reporting
- Good knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, Singapore FRS and tax (direct and indirect)
- Proficient systems knowledge with emphasis on SAP and Ms Office (Excel & Powerpoint)

**Education & Relevant Work Experience**
- Degree in an Accounting/Finance discipline or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in multinational organization, preferably US listed
- Supervisory and management experience of a sizable team of both internal accounting and shared services teams (4 - 7 years)
- Experienced in managing technical and professional employees (4 - 7 years)
- Total experience in accounting, finance, Corp tax and audit ( 11 or more years)
