**Operations Executive/ Security Supervisor**

As a Security Operations Executive/ Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our organization, its employees, assets, and visitors. You will lead a team of security personnel and oversee all aspects of security operations, including physical security, access control, emergency response, and risk management. Your primary objective is to create and maintain a secure and compliant environment that minimizes risks and threats.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Security Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and programs that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to create and update security budgets and resource allocations.

2. Security Operations:

- Manage and supervise security staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and maintain physical security measures, such as access control systems, surveillance cameras, and alarms.
- Coordinate and oversee security personnel, ensuring the protection of facilities, assets, and personnel.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, including conducting investigations, and implementing corrective actions.

3. Access Control:

- Establish and maintain access control protocols, including key card systems, visitor logs, and identity verification processes.
- Ensure proper issuance and revocation of access credentials for employees and contractors.

4. Security Compliance:

- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security and privacy.
- Develop and maintain security compliance programs and training for employees.

5. Emergency Response and Crisis Management:

- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Conduct drills and training exercises to prepare employees for emergencies.
- Lead crisis management efforts during security incidents.

6.Vendor Management:

- Evaluate and manage relationships with security service providers, contractors, and technology vendors.
- Ensure that vendor services meet security requirements and standards.

7. Security Awareness:

- Promote a culture of security awareness and vigilance among employees.
- Provide security education and training to staff to enhance security awareness and preparedness.

**Job Qualifications and Requirements**
- Diploma in Security Management, or relevant WSQ security certifications and experiences.
- Proven experience in security operations, with a minimum of 3 years in the role itself.
- Knowledge of security technologies and tools, including CCTV, access control systems, and intrusion detection systems.
- Knowledge of emergency response and crisis management procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, standards, and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform security-related tasks, including patrolling and responding to alarms.
