**About the Role**

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that will grow student enrollment and subscription for our academy and solutions. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions across multiple digital channels.

We may have a small team but a strong desire to drive our expansion efforts and grow the team. If you like to be part of the growth and love the idea of owning the whole process from ideation to execution, read on

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Design and execute marketing campaigns and engagement activities to grow our student enrollment and subscription
- Optimize landing pages and website content to drive conversions and improve user experience
- Conduct industry research and consumer behavior to devise development strategies
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion of our academy and subscription solutions
- Monitor metrics and take proactive steps to address any issues

**Requirements**:

- Experience with marketing automation and paid ads strategies would be advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Familiarity with Photoshop and WordPress CMS
- Passion for digital marketing and technology
