**Job Description**:

- To report to the System Lead/Team Lead/Service Managers in meeting SLA and KPIs in accordance to the maintenance contractual agreement.
- Assist Team/System Lead in managing Project cost and overall administration for project delivery
- Responsible for Contract Fulfillment
- Able to operate and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- To perform routine Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions/procedures.
- To carry out Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions/procedures, involving diagnosis & replacement of equipment/module/component at sites and/or workshop.
- Liaison with Procurement and equipment vendors
- 24/7 standby for fault activation
- Arrange and conduct monthly meetings with customers.
- Provide engineering services such as engineering reports, supply support, configuration control and management and obsolescence management as well as O & A services.
- Liaise and manage sub-contracting jobs
- Office location at Jalan Boon Lay.

Minimum Requirements

- Thrive in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional environments
- Able to work effectively in an outdoor environment
- Inquisitive and a self-starter in Data Analytics (e.g. failure trending/patterns). Experience in BI Tools such as Tableau, and Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Experience in System-Level Maintenance in the following disciplines is highly preferred (Radio Communications, basic Networking skills, UPS). Other Engineering-related experience may be considered. Experience and/or certifications in either CCNA will be an added advantage.
- WSH Certifications (i.e. Work-at-Height, etc) will be an added advantage.
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
- Possess Class 3 Driving License
- Singaporeans only.
