Work schedule: Monday - Friday 830am~6pm

**Job Description**:

- Oversee the billing process, including cost recognition and issuing sales invoices.
- Assist the Procurement and Operations teams in the sourcing process by managing purchase requests and tracking their progress.
- Manage packaging inventory and coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely supply for workload demands.
- Collaborate with the Procurement and Operations teams to support cost reduction initiatives.
- Perform additional tasks as needed, such as data entry, preparing purchasing reports, conducting market analysis, and gathering information on commodities.

Requirement
- Min O Level
- Familiar with Microsoft office, keen on working with numbersfresh graduates with willing-to-learn mindset are welcome
