**Role Overview**

The Implementation Engineer is a service-minded individual with a solid technical expertise in charge of implementing and configuring trading platforms for our clients.

**Your main tasks will be to**:

- Work with our clients to analyze their requirements and issues from both a functional and technical.
- Configure, integrate and customize our products to fulfill the client's business requirements.
- Liaise with our Product team and our Technical Account Managers.
- Proactively improve processes to promote better quality and safer deployments
- Bespoke integration, app and internal tools development.
- Involves remote and on-site consultation (overseas travel).
- Assist the support team on the most critical support cases.
- This position leads to a sound understanding of international financial markets and to an excellent knowledge of our product suite.

**Your profile**
- A Degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Science/ Engineering.
- Technical Expertise:

- Development background (C++ or Java) or exposure to programming.
- Knowledge of Linux/UNIX OS and database.
- Autonomy, organization and a strong sense of accountability.
- Financial Experience is a plus (such as front office systems, market connectivity, equities/derivatives, FIX protocol, 3rd party vendors, etc).
- Minimum 4 years’ experience, in a client facing technical support role or an implementation/delivery role.
