**Your role**
- You are a seasoned technical lead leading a team to build the technical backbone for the world’s largest wealth manager’s main wealth management presence. We are looking for hands-on, highly seasoned IT Technical lead with good Application Architect skills to:
- work closely with Service Group Leads to define the technical roadmaps, architectural patterns and development practices, including (CD/CI)
- work with Project Managers and Business Analysts (crossed teams) in accordance to the bank's effective Project Governance to ensure delivery on time, scope and budget
- investigate and resolve production issues with Production Support Team to help maintaining a stable production environment
- objective driven and work collaboratively and effectively with transboundary teams.

- You’ll be working in the bank's delivery team in Singapore. We are working together with aspiration to provide trusted IT services and solution to the bank to support its ambitious growth plan of Wealth Management Lending business globally.

**Your expertise**
- 10+ working experience as Technical Lead with hands-on development skillset in the financial service industry or other related industries to financial service.
- 8+ years of experience in working with cross location/regional teams
- the ability to interpret a set of technical requirements and develop robust solutions
- strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- good discipline in risk control and guiding team to achieve high standard in a highly regulated financial environment
- technically savvy with an appreciation of the latest IT capability in microservices, cloud native development.
