**Company Description**
We are a design agency deeply rooted in Singapore and Indonesia. Our expertise lies in implementing brandings in the South-East Asia market, utilizing our multi-discipline background to ensure accurate guideline implemented with a twist of local market. With a focus on cultural differences and market preferences, we provide design services including large format printing, offset printing, customized Point of Sale Materials (POSM), window display, space make-over, and more.
Additionally, we offer 2D graphic and 3D designs, interior designs, event management, photography, and videography. We proudly produce what we designed in-house and out-partnered, to built 'The Project' entrusted to us. We make awesome things, for others make things awesome.
**Role Description**
**Qualifications**
- Assist in arranging and coordinating projects, schedules, campaigns.
- Manage organization and filing of douments and materials.
- Update HR data base, paperwork and manual records.
- Support team in daily administrative tasks.
- Process suppliers & invoices.
- Help to coordinate jobs and reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office softwares
- Good sense of aesthetic
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Work visa can be provided for this role
