Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine is looking for an Senior Executive to the Vice Deans.

The incumbent will be playing a key role in, but not limited to:

- Provide secretarial support to Vice Deans and assist them in handling correspondences to internal and external parties.
- Provide general administrative support in coordinating meetings, seminars, workshops and events for the Vice Deans (including arranging of facilities and logistics).
- Maintain records of activities and projects organized by the Vice Deans.
- Provide support in monitoring and tracking of activities and programs; manage any other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Manage the calendar of Vice Deans strategically, schedule meetings, conference calls, and other engagements to optimize their time.
- Plan and coordinate the travel arrangement (flight/hotel/transportation) for them.
- Perform other general duties include covering for the other PAs as and when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Business / Secretariat Studies with LCCI Private Secretarial Certificate or its equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in an administration role, preferably in Higher Education
- Experience in taking notes of meeting and transcribing of audio recordings
- Good command of English with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to handle multiple assignments concurrently (all with tight deadlines), with mínimal supervision
- Outgoing and confident personality with a pleasant disposition
