**Responsibilities**:

- AD Administration
- Active Directory/LDAP user/Powershell and group administration
- creation and management of user login profiles, login scripts, etc
- creation and management of GPO policies, DNS and DHCP, etc
- Server Administration
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2019, 2016) / Win10)
- Administer and support server virtualization technologies like VMWare Server/ESX or Microsoft HyperV/Virtual Server
- Design, install and configure internal & external facing servers
- Carry out server hardening based on specific guideline policy.
- Creation and management of access to files and directories permission.
- Migration of obsolete hardware, Operation systems & software.
- Manage and troubleshoot day-to-day Server services and Network infrastructure
- Server Network Connection Administration
- LAN Routing and Switching design, configuration, and troubleshooting (VLANs, IP Subnetting, 802.1Q trunks)
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking
- Experience in the installation, setup, and configuring of secure file transfer protocols like ConnectDirect, Tectia, etc
- Manage and troubleshoot day-to-day Network infrastructure
- Server Scripting Job Administration
- Design, and develop batch/VBS scripts for auto-system monitoring, backup, etc
- Design, develop sftp script to auto-connect, auto pull/push file, etc
- Design, develop auto encryption/decryption script eg, PGP, GnuPG etc
- Administer network print servers and queues
- Manage Windows & Linus production printer servers and queues
- Manage Office network printer setup and configuration
- Server/Workstation patch management
- Management of WSUS server and patches approving process etc
- Perform/troubleshoot Windows updates on all servers and workstations etc
- Server/Workstation AntiVirus management
- Management of Sophos Antivirus server
- Perform/troubleshoot Antivirus pattern updates on all servers and workstations etc
- Advance O365 and Azure administration
- Define and document best practices and support procedures
- Logs all hardware and software problems and change requests (upgrades and maintenance) on the End User Portal ticketing system including the scheduling, updating, and notifying the manager.
- Update Server and Network Infrastructure documentation every quarter.
- Maintain audit documentation & evidence
- Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation
- Interact with customers and staff at the technical level, as required.
- Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well as occasional weekend

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Systems Administration/System Engineer certification Microsoft.
- 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Project management experience.
- Effective in responding to ambiguity.
- Knowledge of MAS outsourcing guidelines is a plus.
- Experience and knowledge in Microsoft PowerShell automation, and operation is a plus.

Working hours: 5 days work week
