Responsibilities

Supporting game business management and major decisions on the investment of crucial resources:
1. Participate in strategy discussion, business objectives setting and investment planning as well as designing management policies and planning implementation;
2. Follow up on the outcomes of product introduction, testing, and launch, give suggestions on decision-making based on insight into industry trends and understanding of the product, and assist the project owner in managing resource input;
3. Continuously identify key issues in studio/product management via indicator system, data analysis and project management methodology, and subsequently design solutions and facilitate the problem-solving process;
4. Facilitate themed research on key issues of strategy and business operation, continuously accumulate experiences and share relevant knowledge.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
1. BS/MS degree in business or data analytics majors/experience;
2.Experience in overseas game projects or consulting/industry research preferred;
3. Self-motivated with outstanding problem-solving skills and communication skills and take on uncertainty as a challenge;
4. Have a passion for games and have diverse experience in a variety of games.
