Roles & Responsibilities

Currently, we are looking for Business Analyst (Mid-Senior) which would be based in Singapore.

Job Description and Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree with working experience as Business Analyst with minimum 5 years of experience in Calypso BACK OFFICE is mandatory/must have

· Knowledge of MasterDeploy, GIT, Spring Boot, Kafka, Docker

· Analyse complex user problems/issues and propose workarounds until they are fixed

· Gathering business stakeholders, system, and functional requirements

· Analyse and deliver the best solution for the business requirements

· Enhancing & supporting front office risk systems using a range of tools

· Reporting on the progress of the projects and performance to Management in Switzerland

· Ensuring requirements, functional specifications, and unit testing requirements are well understood and participate in all aspects of analysis, design and implementation.

· Formalize the functional specifications that will be sent to the development team

· Ensure that business requirements respect the consistency of the ETRM

· Propose an implementation schedule respecting the priorities

· Being the interlocutor of the development teams

· Formalize the reports of anomalies to be corrected by the development team

· Assist the business users to set up their screens and make optimal use of the functionalities

· Promote new features and participate in change management

· Design and execute functional testings, non-regression testings and UAT testing

· Ensure the smooth running of the application servers and services

· Provide troubleshooting during interruptions

· Defining business requirements and identify the best solutions to business needs
