We are expanding We are looking for team members who have a passion for sales and excellent customer service. At Hanlin Education, we believe in providing personalised sales and developing positive relationships with all our customers. We welcome individuals who share the same values to be part of our dynamic team.

**Job Highlights**:

- Enrol new students through walk
- Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information regarding the programmes to the needs of the prospective parent and their child/children
- Accountable to follow up closely on all sales leads to achieve the sales target
- Attend and advise existing parents regarding matters concerning their child/children’s programme change, fee collection.
- Maintain positive relationships with all parents and their children at our centre
- Take ownership of assigned tasks within the team and programmes.

**Requirements**:

- GCE 'O’ / ’A’ Levels / Diploma qualification, preferably in the education industry
- **5 days’ work week (Including 1 weekend)**
- Experience with CRM, in sales and customer service
- Excellent spoken, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven and self-motivated, a team player
- Organised and independent

**- Immediate starter is preffered.
**Product and customer system management training will be provided. Sales commission scheme is offered as part of the remuneration packag
