Job Title: Legal Counsel Risk & Compliance

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)

Location: ESR BizPark, Bedok

Salary: $8000 - $10000

Responsibilities:

  • Legal Contract Management : Technology service agreements, vendor and supplier agreements, customer contracts, confidentiality agreements, and more.
  • Corporate Governance & Board Advisory : Act as Secretary to the Board, advise on corporate legal obligations, and ensure timely filings.
  • Regulatory & Certification Support : Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory and regulatory frameworks and support certification requirements.
  • Technology & Product Legal Support : Review and advise on legal issues related to technology solutions and ensure product compliance.
  • Policy & Internal Legal Framework : Draft and maintain company policies and internal governance frameworks.
  • Ethics & Corporate Integrity : Oversee conflict-of-interest declarations and ensure employees understand their legal obligations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university.
  • Admission to practice law in Singapore preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as ICSA / ACIS / ISO Lead Auditor (9001/27001) / DPO certification are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably with exposure to technology, IT services, or system integrator (SI) industries.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's statutory and regulatory frameworks affecting technology service providers.
