**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and market research to identify investment opportunities and risks.
- Formulate comprehensive investment strategies based on clients' financial objectives and market conditions.
- Construct and manage investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with clients' investment objectives and risk profiles.
- Monitor portfolio performance, conduct periodic reviews and make adjustments as needed to optimize returns and manage risk.
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical developments to inform investment decisions.
- Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing investment team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional development and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Strategically identify and evaluate investment opportunities in the pan-entertainment and internet industry
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments
- Formulate investment plans and objectives
- Lead the setup of a new investment firm, including defining its strategic objectives, operational framework, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the investment firm
- Oversee the management of investment portfolios, optimizing asset allocation and diversification strategies to maximize returns and minimize risks
- Keen insight into the development trend of the pan-entertainment and internet industry
- Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing investment team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional development and ensuring alignment with organizational goals

**skills and experience required**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Studies, or a related field, or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Investment Advisor
- Strong knowledge of global financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
