To help carry us even further, we’re searching for an experienced Senior BI Analyst to join our Global technology team in Singapore, reporting to the Global CIO and working closely with the various Business streams, especially with vendors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data extraction & analysing large volumes of data from various sources and Identifying data gaps, errors, anomalies, inconsistencies, and redundancies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytics systems, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks.
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets, including large-scale sustainability-related data sets for various platforms and frameworks.
- Evaluate organisational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for datasets.
- Developing metrics, methodologies and tools for measuring sustainability outputs and impacts.
- Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
- Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
- Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
- Deliver Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards that visualise analytical results.

**Requirements (Educational & Skills)**
- At least 3-5 years of working experience as a Senior BI Analyst - Techno functional role.
- Experience with cloud analytics platforms (Google, Microsoft Azure).
- Collaborates with business and IT teams to deliver fully functional BI deliverables that are actionable and meet business needs.
- Proficiency in using algorithms related to natural language processing, data mining, machine learning, deep learning and other AI areas.
- Strong experience developing reports and data visualizations using Python, R, Power BI and SQL. Experience in VBA, SAS Scripts, Tableau etc. is a plus.
- Experience in ETL, data pre-processing, data cleansing and validation, and data modelling.
- Relevant certifications such as the SAS-Business Intelligence & Analytics (BIA) programme and those from DataCamp, Udemy or Coursera is a plus.
- Strong analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to explain technical solutions to business users and partners across the SIPEF group.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently and as a team member.
- Tertiary qualification(s) in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science / Engineering, Business Analytics or related technical fields.

**Good to Have**
- Previous experience in Agro Tech/Retail domains.
- Knowledge of Sustainability reporting frameworks like GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc
- Business communication will be in English, but proficiency in Bahasa Indonesian is desired. proficiency in French is very welcome.
