**Job Description**:
As Regional Facilities Manager, you will secure COS maintenance strategy and customer experience in all stores in COS APAC according to COS brand identity. You will coach and lead the local facility teams in understanding the brand expectations, as well as securing their understanding within COS regional and area teams to enable efficient decision making.
- Establish and implement a clear maintenance strategy across APAC, together with the regional growth team set a long term plan including both larger facility investments and changes for upgrading and optimising the portfolio. Collaborate across all stakeholders and functions internally, contributing to an efficient—and informative
-workflow and work to drive constant improvements regarding developments, standards, processes & communication.
- Review and give input on all general running/OPEX cost budgets for the region, both to COS area teams and the facility teams in the markets.
- Follow up on all KPI’s in relation to quality, running cost and energy consumption in the region and provide constructive feedback to markets.
- Ensure brand identity, DNA and specific customer needs are understood and incorporated in all relevant work such as daily store maintenance and general store improvement projects in all markets.

- Full 360 project management experience working across multiple functions with senior stakeholders

- Act through strategic thinking and input to future improvements/business plans, act proactively and timely to handle risks and problems and take decisions according to the objection
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enjoys working in an international environment
- Proactive approach to work tasks and responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills to be able to coordinate multiple projects at one time
- Have the future way of working in mind when creating processes
- Willingness to travel (up to 50% of the time)
